Submission Guidelines

It is the author’s responsibility to ensure that the manuscript is complete, free of grammatical errors, and without spelling or typographical mistakes before submission.

Online Submission Process

Submit your manuscript via our online submission portal. Click on the “Submit Manuscript” link and follow the on-screen instructions to upload your files.
First-time users must register by selecting the Register option. If you already have an account, use your existing username and password.
Ensure that all relevant editable source files are provided. Missing files may lead to delays in the review and production process.
Once your submission is successful, you will receive an automated confirmation email with a manuscript number for future correspondence.

Review and decision process

Each submission is initially screened by the editor to ensure it aligns with the journal’s aims and scope. Manuscripts with low quality or significant language issues may be declined at this stage.

If your submission passes the initial screening, it will be sent for double-blinded peer review by at least two independent reviewers.
Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the editor may decide to accept the manuscript, request minor or major revisions, or reject the manuscript.
If revisions are required, you will be notified by email. Revised manuscripts must be submitted within the specified timeline. Failure to comply may result in withdrawal of the manuscript from consideration.

Steps After Paper Acceptance

You will receive an official email confirming the acceptance of your manuscript.
Your article will be published online in its final form, which will be freely accessible to all readers under the journal’s Open Access Policy.
The published article will be indexed in relevant databases and repositories for wider visibility and reach.
